Hollywood Bound

With John McCain's loss on November 4th came the reality that his campaign staff would need to find new work. While many returned to Washington to continue with their lives as they were before joining the McCain campaign, Tucker Bounds' new-found celebrity afforded him different opportunities. So the former campaign spokesman, and certified douche, packed up his car and drove out to Hollywood to begin a career in acting. The poster for his first feature film appears below:

Infomercial Lobbyists vs. Tucker Bounds

Last night, the Barack Obama campaign took an unprecedented step in the history of the infomercial, by running concurrently on several networks in the prime time half-hour beginning at 8 p.m. to make an appeal to voters in the form of an infomercial. The John McCain camp, led by spokesperson Tucker Bounds responded, "As anyone who has bought anything from an infomercial knows, the sales-job is always better than the product. Buyer beware."

Rick Petry, Acting President and CEO of the Electronic Retailing Association, a trade association that represents direct marketers that use electronic means including infomercials, had this response. "To use a political agenda to indict an entire genre of advertising by portraying it in such a negative light is patently unfair. It would be like charging an entire industry and everyone associated with it, say politics for example, as being scurrilous. We at ERA will be the first to tell you that there are some who use this method of advertising inappropriately, which is why we have an independent self-regulation program, ERSP ( http://www.narcpartners.org/ersp/index.aspx ), administered by the National Advertising Review Council in partnership with the Council of Better Business Bureau. With this watchdog mechanism in place, claims have to be proven; a standard that politicians are not required to live up to. The fact is infomercials have been used by not only start-ups with unique products, but successful brands such as Kodak and Mercedes Benz, even the U.S. Navy."

Ladies and Gentlemen... Tucker Bounds

MotherTucker

The McCain campaign just released the following statement through spokesman Tucker Bounds:

Instead of acknowledging the real differences that exist in this election, Barack Obama is using America’s economic crisis to deflect legitimate criticisms of himself and his record. Now, more than ever, Americans should be scrutinizing Barack Obama’s role in shielding Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac from increased regulation. Voters deserve a real debate about Barack Obama’s proposals for one trillion dollars in new government spending and tax increases on small businesses – when Americans can afford neither. At a time when hardworking families face uncertainty and a historic decision in November, they expect more than Barack Obama’s self-interested calls to stifle any inquiry into his record or his past.

Apparently, Barack Obama is using the economic crisis to distract you from the REAL issues facing this country.

Bound and Beaten

Presidential nominee Barack Obama says that playing a little basketball before debates keeps him calm. Apparently, Vice Presidential nominee feels the same way about hockey. The self-proclaimed hockey mom engaged in a little pre-debate hockey with McCain campaign spokesman Tucker Bounds. However, the friendly game quickly devolved into an all out brawl. As one witness described it, "one second they were employing the Mighty Ducks style 'Flying V' formation and the next second Governor Palin was kicking Tucker Bounds ass!"

It Was Bound to Happen

McCain campaign spokesperson Tucker Bounds was apparently a bit confused as to who he was working for this morning, as an observant Out of Bounds reader sent us this picture of Bounds spending the day with Die Hard's John McLane, rather than his rightful boss, John McCain.

Road-Bound

Fresh off the news that John McCain and wife Cindy own 13 cars (to Barack and Michelle Obama's 1), the following picture of Mr. McCain and spokesman Tucker Bounds riding in one of those vehicles was taken earlier this morning.

Tucker Bounds Takes A Much Deserved Day Off

McCain campaign spokesman Tucker Bounds took a much deserved day off from the campaign yesterday, using his time off to take a nice swim in one of John McCain's many pools (Out of Bounds is still trying to determine which house Senator McCain allowed Bounds to use).

Tuckered Out?

It's been a number of days since we last heard from McCain campaign spokesman/Superdouche Tucker Bounds. If you have any updates on his whereabouts, please post in the comments.

Perhaps he is still recovering from the unfair and outrageous bludgeoning he took at the hands of CNN's Campbell Brown.

Is Tucker's Behavior Out of Bounds?

Perhaps this is why Governor Sarah Palin was never vetted. Instead of vetting John McCain's Vice Presidential pick, Tucker Bounds was too busy peeping at Palin's young daughters...

A Tale of Two Tuckers

Tucker Carlson, get your resume ready. The McCain campaign appears to be revealing their pro-Tucker bias, hiring South Carolina political strategist Tucker Eskew, a man who helped George W. Bush slime Mr. McCain during the 2000 Republican primary. You can't have too many Tuckers.
